1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Eleven11 Brands Pty Ltd, trading as Milarēs, ABN 36 668 424 995, of 4 Young St, Neutral Bay NSW, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to people aged 18 years or older worldwide, where participation is lawful. People involved in conducting the giveaway or managing the promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion period

Entries open on 29 October 2026 and close at 11:59 pm Sydney time on [closing date]. Entries received after this time will not be included.

4. How to enter

Submit your details through the waitlist signup form on the Milarēs GHK-Cu 1% Copper Peptide Serum product page during the promotion period.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

Existing subscribers must submit the form during the promotion period to enter. Being subscribed to Milarēs does not automatically enter you into the giveaway.

A limit of one entry per person applies. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Following, commenting on or sharing an Instagram post is not required.

5. Prizes

Three winners will each receive one Daily Glow Skincare Trio, containing:

• Gentle Cleanser, 200 mL.
• GHK-Cu 1% Copper Peptide Serum, 30 mL.
• Daily Hydration Moisturiser, 100 mL.

Each set is valued at AUD $127. The total product prize pool is AUD $381. Express shipping is included.

Each person may win one prize only. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. No bonus prizes are offered.

6. Winner selection and notification

Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries prior to launch, at the promoter’s address above.

Winners will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry within two business days of the draw. Their first name and last initial will also be announced on Instagram at @milaresofficial within that period.

Winners may be asked to provide reasonable proof of eligibility and must supply a valid delivery address to receive their prize.

7. Claiming prizes

Winners have six months from the date of their notification email to claim their prize. Milarēs will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.

If a winner is ineligible, declines their prize or does not claim it within six months, a replacement winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries within seven days, subject to applicable law.

Replacement winners will be notified and announced using the same process. Any prize that remains unawarded will be disclosed on @milaresofficial.

8. Delivery

Prizes will be dispatched by express shipping after the winner’s eligibility and delivery details have been confirmed. Delivery timing will depend on the destination and carrier.

9. Privacy and communications

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver prizes in accordance with the Milarēs Privacy Policy.

Marketing consent will be handled as disclosed on the signup form. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting a valid giveaway entry. Milarēs may still contact entrants where necessary to administer the giveaway.

10. General conditions

Milarēs may disqualify entries that breach these terms or involve fraud or interference with the entry process.

Any necessary changes, suspension or cancellation will comply with applicable law and be communicated through the Milarēs website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions or disputes should be sent to concierge@milares.com.au. Milarēs will review them fairly and respond in writing. This does not limit an entrant’s right to seek assistance from a relevant regulator.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Information is provided to Milarēs, not Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram from claims arising from this giveaway.
